Seal strength through chilling or freezing
PA/PE or EVOH barrier film, 70 to 150 μm, cut to your pack size.
02 / The format
Pick the shape that fits your process.
Factory seal
Zipper, handle or opening
Flat pouch
Sealed on three sides, open at the top. Vacuum bags, antistatic bags and flat snack packs.
Stand-up pouch
Folded bottom gusset so it stands on a shelf, often with a zipper.
Shrink bag
Rounded seal that follows the product, then shrinks tight in hot water or a tunnel.
Roll stock
Film on a core, cut to your machine width. For thermoforming, flow wrap and sheeting.
Tube bag
Made from seamless tubing, so there are no side seals. Sealed at the bottom only.
Gusseted bag
Folded side panels that open out to hold boxy or bulky products.
Rice bag
Thick film with a punched handle and a flat base for heavy dry goods.
T-shirt bag
Two cut handles, sealed at the bottom. For retail, markets and takeaway.

03 / Materials
Materials we work with.
Each material does one job well. We match the material to what your product needs, from plain PE to high-barrier film.

PE
HDPE, LLDPE, LDPESeals almost every bag and makes up most everyday bags. LDPE is soft and clear, LLDPE is tougher, HDPE is thin and stiff.

Nylon
PA / BOPAAdds puncture strength and slows oxygen. The reason vacuum bags survive shrimp shells and bone.

Aluminium
AL foilThin foil that blocks light, oxygen and moisture almost completely. Used for coffee and sensitive powders.

EVOH
EVOHA strong oxygen barrier for chilled meat, cheese and processed food. Works best when kept dry.

Polyester filmStiff, clear and heat resistant. Carries your printed design well.

Cast polypropyleneSeals at higher heat than PE. Used for retort, hot-fill and clear window pouches.

Polyvinylidene chlorideBlocks oxygen and moisture and keeps working in high humidity. Common in cheese and processed meat.

Kraft
Kraft paperPaper outside for a natural, matte feel. Lined with PE or foil inside so the pouch can seal and protect.

Metallized
MPET / MCPPFilm with a fine aluminium coating. Blocks light and slows moisture at a lower cost than foil. Keeps snacks crisp.
