Each line lists the material, the usual gauge range and the formats we supply. Every number below is a typical range. We confirm the exact spec with you before production.
Vacuum Bag
Coextruded PA/PE bags for vacuum sealing. The nylon resists punctures and slows down oxygen transfer into the bag. The PE side seals. Smooth bags run on chamber machines. Embossed bags run on external or nozzle machines.
High Barrier Shrink Bag
Multilayer bags that shrink tight around the product in hot water or a shrink tunnel. The barrier slows down oxygen transfer, which helps chilled meat and cheese keep their freshness and colour, extending their shelf life.
Retort Bag
Laminated pouches that go into the retort after sealing. They take sterilisation at up to 121 to 135°C, so cooked food keeps at room temperature without a fridge. Used for ready meals, rendang, curries, sauces and pet food.
Thermoforming Film
Forming base webs and lidding films for rollstock packaging machines. Flexible or semi-rigid base, clear or coloured. Skin film is available for products that should sit tight on the tray.
Nylon Film / Nylon Liner
Nylon film for converters who laminate their own structures, and nylon liners for cartons and drums that carry frozen or sharp product. Strong against punctures and flex cracks.
PE & HDPE Film, Bag, Roll
The everyday range. Plastic bags, sheets, tubing and rolls in LDPE for stretch and clarity, or HDPE for a thinner, stiffer film. T-shirt bags, gusseted bags and trash bags are part of this line.
Food-Service Items
Disposable supplies for cafés, caterers, canteens and takeaway counters. Cups with matching lids, plates, utensils, straws and T-cup carriers from one supplier, so sizes fit together and you place one order.
Stand-Up & Flat Pouch
Laminated pouches for dry food that needs a shelf presence. Kraft for a natural look, metallized or aluminium when moisture and light are the problem. Plain stock or printed to your design.
Antistatic & Technical Packaging
Specialized films for Industrial use. Pink antistatic PE for electronics. UV-stabilized film for greenhouses. Vacuum bags that keep machined parts protected against oxidation during storage and transit.
Trash Bags
Flexible and durable garbage liners, customized to your needs. Flat packs or rolls, in black, clear or colour-coded for sorting waste in kitchens, offices and buildings.
